    摘要:

    为提高高瓦斯低透气性矿井煤层的渗透率、抽采量等,提出一种定向长钻孔水力压裂增透技术,设计三孔压裂工艺,分别为一次三段式、整体式、一次两段式压裂。压裂结束 1个月后,三孔的瓦斯浓度均超过 90%,且与压裂前相比,三孔的瓦斯含量分别提高 10%、30%、60%。与压裂刚结束时相比,分别提高 75%、75%、90%。与抽采负压为 15 kPa时相比,负压为 20 kPa时的瓦斯流量提升约 20倍,瓦斯治理效果好。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the permeability and extraction volume of coal seams in high gas and low permeability mines,a directional long borehole hydraulic fracturing technology is proposed,and a three hole fracturing process is designed,including one-time three-stage fracturing,integral fracturing,and one-time two-stage fracturing. After one month of fracturing,the gas concentration in all three holes exceeded 90%,and compared with before fracturing,the gas content in the three holes increased by 10%,30%,and 60% respectively. Compared with the end of the fracturing process,there were increases of 75%,75%,and 90% respectively. Compared with the negative pressure of 15 kPa during extraction,the gas flow rate increased by about 20 times when the negative pressure was 20 kPa,indicating a better gas control effect.
