Abstract:The electric vibration feeding system of the autogenous mill is a non-linear and multi-factor influenced system, whose commissioning delay and complex control process influenced by inertia bring a great impact on the normal stability of production. In recent years, fuzzy control algorithm application increasing and more mature, special solutions should be developed for the various problems that exist in the field control and solved in turn. Applying the various theoretical studies of mill feed control to actual production can improve equipment operation efficiency, optimize staffing, break technical bottlenecks and improve the level of automatic control.
